Frequently Asked Questions About
Rhino Work Boots
- I am not familiar with Rhino work boots.
Rhino work boots have been manufactured for over 35 years. They are sold primarily to independent sporting goods stores, construction companies, job corps, correctional facilities, manufacturing companies, security companies, meat packing companies, oil field workers, large and small retailers, flea market dealers, and businesses that need a high-quality, durable, comfortable safety shoe at an affordable price. We do not sell to large discounters. - What else should I know about Rhino Footwear?
Rhino safety shoes and work boots are high quality and are as durable and comfortable. More good news is that they are reasonably priced, so you can realize a good markup while giving your customers a high-quality product that they can afford. - Is there a Warranty?
YES – see warranty at the end of the FAQ - What kind of quality can I expect?
Rhino Footwear is manufactured to our very strict specifications. We have the finest quality. Our steel-toe and composite-toe footwear are ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 approved. Boots differ in composition, and different models offer attributes such as genuine leather uppers, Goodyear Welt construction, padded collar and tongue, rust-resistant eyelets, slip-resistant outsoles, cushioned insoles, and rubber outsoles. See the description of each model listed in each category. More detailed spec sheets for steel toe models can be provided upon request. Serious buyers only, please. - Where are Rhino work boots & safety shoes made?
Rhino footwear is made in China and Guatemala where most boots are made. HOWEVER – we have a Quality Control Manager to oversee production so that we can be sure that our Rhino Footwear is made to our strict specifications. - How long do I have to wait for my order to be filled?
We keep 20,000 pairs or more in stock. Most orders can be filled quickly (within 48 hours). It generally depends on the order volumes. Certain times of the year are busier than others. - What models do you offer?

We have waterproof boots. See our catalog for models available in our Tactical Category. - Can I buy just one or two pairs?
Generally, minimum orders are 6 or 12 pairs for our Dealer Starter program for U.S. orders and 48 pairs for International orders. We can refer you to one of our retail dealers if you only need one or two pairs. - Do you sell at a discount?
Atlantic Surplus USA sells wholesale. Additional discounts begin with orders of 100 pairs or more. The discount is determined by order size. Again, it is done on a case-by-case basis. We do have, on occasion, sale promotions for smaller orders from 36 to 99 pairs. Join our ASUSA Club to be notified of any sales or discount opportunities. - How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are estimated before your order is processed because final shipping costs depend on the destination, package weight, and current carrier rates. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the estimate, the difference will be applied as a credit to your account for use on a future order. If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the estimate, we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. For export orders, it is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain a freight forwarder that has an office or partners with a carrier in Miami, Florida. - Payment Terms
