    • Credit card through PayPal. (U.S. orders only)
      • We will send you an invoice with a link to a secure PayPal site to make payment.
      • You do not need a PayPal account to make payment through PayPal.
      • PayPal offers “Bill Later” at 0% interest rate. This allows 6 months to pay in full to avoid any finance charge. You will be offered this option during checkout.
      • Credit card orders are subject to a 2.9% order processing fee.
      • No orders leave the warehouse until credit is approved and order is paid in full.
    • Bank Wire Transfer (all export orders)
      • We will email you an invoice with your order details and our banking information for bank wire transfer.
      • No orders will leave the warehouse until payment is made in full.
    • Terms
      •  Terms are given for large quantity orders only. PayPal may offer special credit terms at checkout.
      • 30 day terms are available after you have established an order history with our company. 
      • 30 day terms are reserved for large volume accounts only.
      • We will require a credit check and acceptance by our insurer. 
  • RETURNS RHINO BOOTS ONLY
    • All sales are final except in the event of manufacturer’s defect.

      • In the unlikely event of a return because of a manufacturer’s defect, the customer must obtain an RA #.
      • We will need pictures and a description of the problem e-mailed to us before we decide whether or not to issue an RA#.

      • When we receive your return, our experts will examine the footwear to determine if damage was caused by a manufacturer’s defect or from customer abuse or wearing the footwear in an environment it was not designed for. 
  • RETURNS USED CLOTHING & USED JEANS
    • All sales of used clothing are final. There are no returns, exchanges, credits or refunds.
    • If we have made a mistake in your order, we will correct the problem at our expense.
